We use the details you provide to process and deliver your MEHRÉ SKIN order.
Information we collect
Checkout collects your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, optional email and any delivery note. Checkout prepares these details and your bag as a WhatsApp message. They are passed to WhatsApp when you continue; you choose whether to send the message to our customer service team. This checkout does not save an order in the website database. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm orders, arrange delivery and handle order questions. Necessary delivery details may be shared with our delivery provider. We do not sell your customer information.
Cookies and your shopping bag
A session cookie protects checkout and administrator access. Your shopping bag is saved in your browser’s local storage so it remains available between visits. Delivery details are used to prepare your WhatsApp message and are not saved by checkout in browser storage. Optional first-party analytics are recorded only if you allow them. They record product views, add-to-bag actions, checkout starts against a random session identifier, without your name, email, mobile number or address. You can change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Declining stops future analytics; previous anonymous activity may remain for up to 90 days. There are no advertising pixels.
Reviews and order emails
When you submit a review, your display name, rating, feedback and optional photo are stored for moderation. Approved reviews and photos are public. Uploaded photos are re-encoded to remove embedded metadata. Order email messages may be queued using your optional checkout email; they are transactional updates rather than marketing subscriptions.
Your choices
You can clear your bag through the bag controls or clear browser site data. To ask about your order information or request correction or deletion, use the contact options below. We may need to retain some records to fulfil an order or meet applicable obligations.
